Planting Details
| Growing & Harvesting | Snap beans are ready to pick when the pod "snaps" or breaks in half cleanly. This is when the seeds have just begun to form and the pods are several inches long (depending on the variety). Hold the stem with one hand, and the pod with the other hand to avoid pulling off branches, which will continue to produce. At season's end, plants are great compost material if they are disease-free. |

I like the idea of a collection of container seeds. Only a third of them have germinated and out of the ones that germinated only a few has survived. We'll try again in the spring

I strongly recommend this collection! I have ordered several years in a tow now and have ordered several as gifts. I planted the cucumbers and zucchini last week. All are sprouting. I have never been disappointed with Botanical Interests.
