Shipping and Handling

Standard Shipping

Free ground shipping on all orders over $39 in value. Most orders below $39 include a flat-rate $5.99 shipping charge (shipping rates vary to HI/AK). Shipping is calculated at time of checkout.

Standard shipping is via the United States Postal Service. Allow 7-10 Business Days.

Orders of $150 or more will ship via FedEx Ground with signature required.

We only ship to the continental U. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.

Hawaii and Alaska Residents

At this time we are only able to deliver to the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to delivery to HI and AK.

We offer seed shipping to Alaska and Hawaii for a flat fee of $19.99. Please note, this applies to seeds only—no other products can be shipped to these locations. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and rates will be calculated at checkout. 

Important Note for HI/AK Residents: Please be aware that shipping rates to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK) may vary from our standard rates. This is due to the additional logistics involved in shipping to these locations.

Our standard shipping is handled via the United States Postal Service, and you can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 12 business days. The final shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout, so you'll have all the details before completing your purchase. 

Insufficient/Undeliverable Address

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect/insufficient address. Orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped after the original order has been returned to Botanical Interests in original condition, and after the additional shipping cost is covered by the customer.
