How are orders shipped?

Shipping and Handling

Standard Shipping

Free ground shipping on all orders over $49 in value.

Standard shipping is via the United States Postal Service. Allow 4 to 12 business days.

Shipping is calculated at time of checkout.

Orders of $150 or moreĀ will ship via FedEx Ground with signature required.

We only ship to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we only ship seeds to HI and AK for an additional fee. All other products we can only ship within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. due to high shipping costs and longer delivery times.

FedEx Ground and 2-Day

  • Expedited shipping options are available for online orders and are calculated at your shopping cart.
  • FedEx cannot ship to a PO Box; please provide a street address.
  • Allow 3 to 5 business days for FedEx Ground.
  • 2-Day must be placed before 1pm MT.
  • 2-Day orders will NOT be delivered on Saturday or Sunday; they will be delivered the next business day.

Hawaii and Alaska Residents

FedEx and USPS options are available for Hawaii and Alaska orders. For Standard Shipping option, please call Customer Service to place order.
Please Note: Standard Shipping to HI and AK can take up to 16 business days.

Currently, we can only ship seeds to HI and AK for an additional fee.

Insufficient/Undeliverable Address

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect/insufficient address. Orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped after the original order has been returned to Botanical Interests in original condition, and after the additional shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Can I add to my order?

Our goal at this time is to process orders as quickly and accurately as possible; therefore, we cannot add or change orders after they are made.

What is your return policy?

Returns and refunds apply to garden tools and products only. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the item(s) are returned in their original packaging. If an incorrect item was sent to you, or if the item is damaged or defective, the item will be replaced at no additional cost. If the incorrect item or size was ordered, or you change your mind, a refund will be issued minus the original cost of shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping these returns to Botanical Interests. Items that have been visibly used will not be refunded or replaced.
