Refund policy
All products, except seeds, bulbs, live goods, garlic, and opened seed cells, can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging.
Shipping and Return Policy for Seeds:
Please note that we can only ship seeds within the United States. If you choose to use a third-party service, such as a freight forwarder, to ship seeds outside of the U.S., we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if the seeds cannot be shipped to your destination after they have been delivered to the third-party service.
