FAQs

What happens next?
After you submit the form, select the tomatoes you want to grow, and enjoy your season! In September we will reach out with a digital form to collect your observations. We will then aggregate gardener feedback to publish our guide “The Top Tomatoes of 2025”. In addition to your votes, we may feature your content in the guide!

How do I record my observations?
We’ve created a Tomato Trials Journal with space to track flavor, yield, and more. Sign up above to download the PDF. Then print one sheet per tomato. When the harvest is ready, complete the journal. Save this journal so you can easily complete your digital submissions on September 15! The digital form will close on September 22.

Do I need to grow Botanical Interests tomatoes to participate?
Feel free to use our Tomato Trials Journal to record your observations about any tomatoes you grow! The digital survey will only accept submissions for Botanical Interests seeds.

When does the digital survey open?
We’ll open the online submission form on September 15 and close it on September 22.

Will the results be published?
On September 30, we’ll publish our first-ever Top Tomatoes of 2025 guide, based entirely on gardener feedback.

Can I submit photos?
Absolutely! When the digital form goes live, we’ll provide an optional image upload section. Your tomatoes might end up featured in our emails, website, or social channels (with credit, of course).
