Tetra Dill Seeds

Anethum graveolens

The refreshing flavor of dill will surely win you over (if you don't already love it)! 'Tetra' is a bushy, late flowering variety, meaning more leaf production for dill lovers. It is heat tolerant which makes it slow-to-bolt, so you will enjoy fresh picked, aromatic dill throughout the season. Dill is an important host plant for caterpillars of swallowtail butterflies.

    Grows amazing in warmer climates

This dill grew super quick in my raised garden beds, I’m in zone 9b and it only took a couple weeks to have enough dill to use in the kitchen already. I tried to grow a dill variety from the nursery last year and it did no where near as well as this variety!!

    Hey Kiki,

We're so thrilled to hear your Tetra Dill Seeds are growing so amazingly in zone 9b! It sounds like you've got the perfect setup with those raised garden beds, and how exciting that you were already harvesting fresh dill for the kitchen in just a couple weeks! We love hearing when our varieties outperform what's available at the nursery - there's nothing quite like growing your own herbs and having that fresh flavor right at your fingertips. Keep on growing 🌻️

These turned out great! The pic actually doesn't do it full justice because I had just harvested a bunch.

I scattered about 15 seeds in a 6 in plastic pot. I actually planted these like 2 months too early, then after a frost and when temps started hitting 70 highs they sprouted and went crazy. Happy with these seeds.
