    Perfume Delight Sweet Peas

I live in Mesa, Arizona. These came up so well in my garden and the scent is heavenly. Too bad we have had a hot spring this year which shortened the blooming. I will definitely plant again next year.

We're so happy to hear your Perfume Delight Sweet Pea Seeds came up beautifully and that heavenly scent is filling your Mesa garden! These fragrant beauties really are something special. We're so sad that the hot spring shortened their blooming. Mother Nature can be tricky sometimes! It's wonderful that you're planning to grow them again next year. Here's hoping for a cooler spring next year so you can enjoy those gorgeous, fragrant blooms even longer! Keep on growing 🌻️

I’m in Southern California zone 9B.

I soaked the sweet pea seeds overnight and planted them a few days ago. I will get blooms in the spring. In the past these seeds from Botanical Interests all germinated. I love the fragrant flowers they produce.

I was so disappointed at first with these. The plants are huge but they just did not want to bloom. It was completely my fault, I'm a neglectful gardener. 😂 These little beauties did care, I have lots of lovely blooms and the smell is so nice. I even have some beans to save some seeds for next year.❤️

Germination was 100% Planted in a unheated plastic greenhouse.

These sweet peas are stunning, plain and simple. I have had a heck of a time in the past with sweet peas just not growing for me. I got these on a whim last winter and started them indoors before planting out in late March. They started slow but now they are over 6 feet tall and STILL flowering in late June! I got 5 different colors, one is even white with red almost paintbrushed on its petals. The fragrance is stellar too, I literally cannot stop smelling them when I cut them for vases. I am over the moon happy with these and will buy them again!
