Amazing Grey Corn Poppy Seeds

Papaver rhoeas

The beauty of 'Amazing Grey' is beyond compare! Crepe-paper like blooms unfurl into single and half-double blooms, each unique. Bred over 18 years from a single bloom in the Mother of Pearl poppy blend, the breeder isolated the purple-grey flowers, although you may see an occasional burgundy bloom. A practically care-free annual and a pollinator favorite, these poppies reseed making them ideal for naturalized areas. A 2018 Fleuroselect Novelty award winner. Drought tolerant and deer resistant.

Got off to a slow start because of all the rain here in the northeast. They finally blossomed but were small. I hope they reseed for next year, hopefully a better growing season.
