What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How long will items in my shopping cart remain available?

CART INACTIVITY: For security purposes, the availability of items in the shopping cart is limited to two hours of inactivity. Individual internet security settings on your personal computer may override the time limit resulting in your cart emptying before two hours has been reached. We recommend using the Wish List feature if you would like to save items, purchase at a later date or need more time to build a large order. Wish Lists do not expire. To set up a Wish List you must be a registered customer.

How can I place an order by mail?

You can print out an order form and mail payment to: Botanical Interests, 660 Compton St., Broomfield, CO 80020. (We cannot accept cash or C.O.D. orders.)

Does Botanical Interests ship orders outside of the United States?

Due to national and international agricultural restrictions, we are only able to ship seeds within the United States. If you are placing an order online, your credit card billing address must also be in the U.S.

I need my seeds as soon as possible. How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via U.S. mail. FedEx expedited options are also available for an additional charge for online orders.

Has my website order shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us on the day your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, contact customer service at 1-877-821-4340.

Do you do substitutions if an item is out of stock?

If a variety is out of stock, it will read "Out of Stock" on the website. However, occasionally items do run out of stock quickly. If we run out of an item before we fill your order, we will enclose an appropriate substitution or refund the cost of that item at our discretion. If you prefer not to have any substitutions made for items in your order simply indicate your preference in the order notes field.

Does Botanical Interests donate seed to charitable organizations?

Botanical Interests supports non-profit organizations in the United States that inspire and educate gardeners. Eligible organizations include school gardens, community gardens, food banks, homeless shelters, and other qualifying non-profits that promote gardening. Donated seeds must be intended for planting or a direct gardening-related event in the United States. Limited quantities of leftover seed from the previous season are available for donations. Due to this limited availability, we are unable to offer seed for fundraisers or auctions. (If you are interested in fundraising for your organization, see Fundraising with Seeds).

Do you still donate funds to organizations through your affiliate program?

We continue to offer our support to schools, non-profits and charitable organizations through our donation program. We also operate an affiliate program, which allows organizations and website owners to earn commission on sales.
